Dedicated Plants for Projects
Ahlcon RMC is the first company in India to pioneer the concept of dedicated plants, set up within the project campus. We provide completed concrete end-to-end solutions for the project including setting up for Batching Plant of required capacity, Transportation, pumping and Quality Control. All plants are managed by experienced technical and management staff. We insure 100% uptime of equipments and maintain efficient back up system and equipments so that the project does not suffer due to break down of machinery. All operation and plant of control deploying our proprietary ERP Software System which are connected to our main server to the head office via VSAT/Internet for real time data and remote management.
Operational Management for Plants
Ahlcon RMC undertakes and provides operational management services for already install Batching Plant for projects. We provide trained technical team, Supervisors, Plant Managers etc for complete operational management of plant including maintenance of the equipment. We have strong technical and operational team to undertake challenging job profile, and work most under difficult conditions. What is Pavescape concrete ?
Pavescape concrete is a paving material that acts like grass. Water can pass through this concrete and like grass, it allows the ground below it to breathe, allowing tree roots and their supporting microbes and fungus to interact. Pavescape concrete is a mixture of Coarse aggregates, Hydraulics cement, Cementitous materials, admixture and water.
Pavescape Concrete is also known as No fines Concrete, Zero fine Concrete & Porous Concrete
